Fulfillment Policy – Prixa Technologies, LLC

At Prixa Technologies, LLC, we specialize in delivering custom one-on-one consulting services, tailored to the specific needs of each client. These services are rendered virtually or in person, depending on the agreement, and are billed per session, milestone, or project basis.
1. Nature of Service
- Our services are consulting-based and are delivered through digital or direct communication channels including video calls, emails, collaborative platforms, and other mutually agreed formats.
- Each consulting engagement is unique and customized to the client's needs and goals.
2. Fulfillment Timeline
- Upon successful payment, the client will receive an acknowledgment and proposed schedule within 48 business hours.
- Fulfillment of services begins based on mutually agreed timelines, and delivery is considered complete after the consultation or upon submission of any final deliverables specified in the engagement scope.
3. No Refund Policy
- Due to the customized nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once a consulting session has been delivered or partially commenced.
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session to avoid forfeiting the session fee.
4. Performance Guarantee
- In rare cases where Prixa Technologies, LLC is unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal failure or non-performance, a full refund will be provided.
- This does not include dissatisfaction due to subjective outcomes or changes in client requirements after service commencement.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and participating in scheduled sessions in a timely manner.
- Lack of participation or failure to provide necessary inputs may result in delays or incomplete services, which are not eligible for refunds.
